Welcome to InsureCar. By accessing this platform and submitting your motor vehicle parameters, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational terms and service configurations enforced by Twins Media.

"We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize InsureCar to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations."

1. Service Limitations: InsureCar functions purely as an optimization tool to evaluate, structure, and route user lead queries to external licensed insurance providers. We do not underwrite motor risks or process premium collection directly within this environment.

2. User Authorization: By typing your registration data and mobile markers, you provide explicit corporate authorization to route updates directly to our network dashboards and pass verification details securely to compliance servers.

3. Communication Opt-In: Submission of contact criteria constitutes a valid override of standard NDNC registry configurations as outlined inside our compliance data frameworks under TRAI parameters.
